Reversing.
By this suit, Mary Traughher and her brothers and sisters sought to obtain a construction of the will of J. M. King, Sr., to have certain lands deeded by King to some of his children charged against the devises made those children, to get certain claims allowed, which we shall call “the trust claims,” to get a settlement of King’s ■ estate, and to get an allowance to their counsel for services rendered in so doing.
