MEMORANDUM OPINION

BULLOCK, District Judge.

The Mason & Dixon Lines, Inc., and its parent companies Central Transport, Inc., and GLS LeasCo, Inc., (hereinafter referred to collectively as “Mason & Dixon” or “Appellants”) take these consolidated appeals pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 158(a) and Bankr. Rule 8001(a) from two final orders of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of North Carolina.
