The plaintiff in error in this case is one of the defendants named in the petition of Mrs. Meta Atwood Watson, Mrs. Clara Atwood Black, and Constance Atwood, suing through Mrs. Sophie L. Atwood as her next friend, brought against Prank H. Peck and others, in which judgment was rendered upon demurrers in the superior court of Eulton County.
