Bobby D. Moore, a Georgia resident, individually and as executor of the estate of L. T. Moore, brought this diversity suit in federal district court in Georgia, seeking a declaratory judgment that he individually and the estate of L. T. Moore were not liable for indebtedness due Moultrie (Ga.) Production Credit Association or its assigns and that instead the indebtedness must be borne by his sister, Jimmie F.
