MOORE, Justice.

This is a divorce case with the principal issue on this appeal being whether the trial court abused its discretion in dividing the community property between the parties. Appellee, Frank H. Grost, instituted suit against his wife Mable Jo Grost, appellant, seeking a divorce on “no fault” grounds of insupportability, and for a division of the estate of the parties. Mrs. Grost answered and filed a cross-action seeking a divorce on the grounds of cruelty and adultery.
