This appeal arises from the bankruptcy court’s judgment (the “Judgment”) in favor of Donald R. Lassman, chapter 7 trustee (the “Trustee”), in a fraudulent transfer action against the debtor’s wife, Erika Keefe (the “Appellant”). The Appellant has raised only one issue on appeal: 1 Whether the successor bankruptcy judge, who was assigned the case after the trial was completed, abused his discretion by rendering a decision without ordering a new trial. The Trustee has filed a cross-appeal relating to the interest rate awarded by the bankruptcy court. For the reasons set forth below, we affirm…
