This is a bill filed bjr the executors praying the court to construe the will of the late Gov. C. C. Wash-burn, and to direct them as to the manner of executing its trusts. All persons interested in the estate are made parties. The first question, as to which the instruction of the court is asked, is whether Mrs. Washburn, the widow of the testator, being insane, must take under the provisions of the will or against the will.
