OPINION

This case presents a challenge to the district court’s award of damages of $1.00 to appellant in the condemnation proceedings below. Because we have concluded that the district court erred in determining the amount of damages, we reverse the judgment of the district court and remand this action for a reevaluation of damages in accordance with the views expressed in this opinion.
