Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Schenectady County (Drago, J.), rendered November 14, 2005, convicting defendant upon his plea of guilty of the crime of attempted robbery in the first degree.
Indicted for robbery in the first degree and petit larceny, defendant, pursuant to a plea bargain agreement, pleaded guilty to attempted robbery in the first degree and waived his right to appeal in return for a seven-year prison sentence with five years of postrelease supervision and restitution.
