On or about the 14th day of September, 1933, D. W. Bates, Receiver of the State Savings Bank of Missouri Yalley, Iowa, obtained a judgment in the District court of Harrison county, Iowa, against. M. R. Skelton. On the 17th day of June, 1935, a general execution issued on said judgment by virtue of which the sheriff of Harrison county, Iowa, levied upon and sold all of the right, title and interest of M. R.
