ORDER ON OBJECTIONS TO DEBTORS’ CLAIM OF HOMESTEAD EXEMPTION

THIS MATTER came before the Court on the Objections to the Debtors’ Claim of Homestead Exemption (“Objections,” Docs. 68 and 69) filed by Creditor Centennial. Bank and the Chapter 7 Trustee. The Objections seek to disallow the homestead exemption under 11 U.S.C. § 522(o )(4).
