The Debtors are a married couple who now live, with their three children, in a waterfront home that they constructed in 2009 using cash from several non-exempt sources. When they filed this Chapter 7 they listed this home and property (the “Current Home”) as their exempt homestead under Article X, Section 4 of Florida’s Constitution.
