Petitioners, trustees (the “Trustees”) of several benefit funds for The District Council of New York City and Vicinity of the United Brotherhood of Carpenters and Joiners of America (“the District Council”), seek confirmation of an arbitrator’s ruling that respondent Dafna Construction Company (“Dafna”) owes $293,323.32 to the funds in accordance with the collective bargaining agreement between Dafna and the District Council.
