Petitioners, Trustees of Empire State Carpenters Annuity, Apprenticeship, Labor-Management Cooperation, Pension and Welfare Funds (the “petitioners” or the “Funds”) brought this action to confirm an arbitration award obtained against Allied Design & Construction, LLC (the “respondent” or “Allied”). The petitioners also move to recover attorneys’ fees and costs in connection with this action.
