This is an action, instituted by the appellee against the appellant, to recover .on an instrument executed by the appellant to the appellee, indemnifying, under conditions defined, the appellee for one year beginning the 30th of July, '1912, against pecuniary loss, to the extent of $0,-000, the appellee might sustain during that period “by reason of any fraudulent or,dishonest acts” of one Hunter “Amounting to embezzlement or larceny” in connection with the duties of said Hunter as paying and receiving teller of the .employing bank, the appellee.
