MEMORANDUM OPINION
JAMES E. WALKER, Jr., Bankruptcy Judge.
This matter comes before the Court in response to an Objection to Confirmation by the United States of America (“Creditor”) regarding valuation of its claim. The issue is whether Creditor’s claim is one “secured only by a security interest in real property that is the debtor’s principal residence” within the meaning of 11 U.S.C. § 1322(b)(2). This is a core matter within the meaning of 28 U.S.C. § 157(b)(2)(L) & (0). After considering the pleadings, evidence presented and applicable authorities, the Court enters the following findings…
