MEMORANDUM OF DECISION GRANTING DEFENDANT’S [DKT. # 79] MOTION TO DISMISS

The Defendant JP Morgan Chase Bank, N.A. (“Chase”) has moved to dismiss the Plaintiff Richard Caires’s (“Caires”) amended complaint pursuant to Fed. R.Civ.P. 12(b)(6) for failure to state a claim. In the amended complaint, Caires asserts causes of action for Connecticut’s Unfair Trade Practices Act (“CUTPA”) Conn.
