MEMORANDUM OF DECISION
SQUATRITO, District Judge.
Plaintiff Maryann Levesque, a former employee of the Town of Vernon, brings this 42 U.S.C. § 1983 action against defendants the Town of Vernon, Laurence R. Shaffer, John Van Oudenhove, and Daniel Sullivan. Plaintiff alleges that defendants violated her constitutional rights to due process, free speech, and equal protection. Plaintiff also asserts breach of contract against the Town of Vernon and brings claims for both deprivation of liberty and defamation against John Van Oudenhove.
