Ludwig Lundquist appeals from a judgment admitting to probate an instrument dated May 3, 1928, and alleged to be the will of his wife, Alma Lundquist, deceased, who had also executed another instrument, dated April 15, 1930, which was held invalid on an appeal in Will of Lundquist, 205 Wis. 667, 238 N. W. 861.
