Mrs. Yoyt Williams, Jr., individually and as next friend of her two minor children, brought this action in the Chancery Court of Choctaw County against appellant, Illinois Central Railroad Company, for the alleged wrongful death of complainants ’ husband and father, arising from a collision by Williams’ car with a moving freight train of the defendant. Jurisdiction was obtained in Choctaw County by means of a nonresident attachment. The chancellor was the trier of facts.
