The petitioner, William Roy Williams, has filed his petition for a writ of habeas corpus in this court, in which he alleges in substance that he is being held in the county jail of Oklahoma county pursuant to a judgment and sentence issued out of the district court of Oklahoma county in case No. 13057, wherein he was sentenced to serve a term of two years’ imprisonment in the State Penitentiary for the alleged offense of receiving stolen property.
