Tbe purpose of tbis inquiry is to determine tbe correctness of tbe trial court’s action overruling demurrers to four pleas wbieli were interposed to a declaration in debt based on a Pennsylvania judgment in favor of tbe plaintiff and against the defendant for $21,186.64.

The sufficiency of tbe declaration is not challenged.
