In a suit in equity in the Circuit Court of Jefferson *393county by H. II. Crumlish’s'administrator's against the Central Improvement Company there was a fund for payment of creditors of that company and then for division among stockholders. A commissioner was directed to ascertain the debts having right to be paid out of the fund.
