ItThe claimant was previously determined to be temporarily and totally disabled and was awarded workers’ compensation benefits. In this current dispute, the employer/insurer filed a motion to modify the claimant’s award, contending that the claimant had reached maximum medical improvement and seeking to convert his temporary and total disability benefits (TTD) to supplemental earnings benefits (SEB).
