MOREMEN, Judge.
Appellee, Edna Mitchell, recovered judgment for damages for personal injuries and medical expenses in the sum of $8,000. Her husband, Herman Mitchell, recovered $2,000 for loss of consortium.
The causes of action arose out of an automobile collision which occurred about four o’clock in the afternoon of January 7, 1957, on U. S. Highway 41, just outside the western boundary line of the city of Madisonville. Edna Mitchell was a passenger in a car driven by her sister, Agnes B.
