ORDER

HITTNER, District Judge.

Pending before the Court is the Motion for Summary Judgment filed by Defendants. After considering the motion, the submissions, and the applicable law, the Court has determined that the motion should be granted.

This suit arises from the termination of Plaintiff Michael Madison (“Madison”) from his position as a special education teacher at Attucks Middle School by the Board of Education (“the Board”) of the Houston Independent School District (“HISD” or “the District”).
