SATHRE, Judge.. The plaintiff is a domestic corporation having its place of business in the City of *527Fargo, North Dakota. The defendant is a foreign corporation having its principal place of business in the State of Wisconsin. It has branch houses in cities in other states including the City of Fargo, North Dakota. The action was brought by the plaintiff to recover past due rentals from the defendant for the use and occupation of space in premises owned by the plaintiff.
