HADEN, Chief Judge.
Pending are the parties’ cross motions for summary judgment. After careful consideration, the Court GRANTS Plaintiffs motion and DENIES Defendants’ motion.
I. FACTUAL AND PROCEDURAL BACKGROUND
Plaintiff Grant R. Offenberg was a full-time salaried employee of Defendant Olin Corporation. He worked approximately 20 years for Olin in positions ranging from maintenance supervisor to temporary buyer.
