Error was not prosecuted to this decree but on January 20, 1933 the defendant Glen H. Campbell filed a motion in the Court of Common Pleas to modify the decree so as to reduce the payments by defendant for the support and maintenance of the two children, and for a home for them and the wife.

This motion came on for hearing January 27, 1,933, and the court refused to permit evidence to be offered and ordered the motion stricken from the flies for lack of jurisdiction to modify the decree as to payments by the husband for support of the wife and minor children upon the ground the same was fixed…
