In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, the defendants St. James Mechanical, Inc., and SJM, Inc., appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Schulman, J.), entered December 16, 2008, which, upon an order of the same court dated September 26, 2008, inter alia, granting that branch of the motion of the defendant ITT Sheraton Corporation which was, in effect, for summary judgment on its cross claim for contractual indemnification asserted against them, is *877in favor of the defendant ITT Sheraton Corporation and against them in the total sum of $1,331,397.26.
