MEREDITH, District Judge.

The above-styled action is before the Court upon a variety of pending motions. Motions filed by the defendants which are currently pending include: (1) Motion to Dismiss; (2) Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings; (3) Motion for More Definite Statement; and (4) Motion for Summary Judgment. Similarly, the plaintiffs have filed a Motion to Amend Complaint.
