In related proceedings, appellant Jay H. Cohen, Individually and as Trustee of the JHC Trusts I and II, challenges the trial court’s summary judgments granted in favor of appellees Sandcastle Homes, Inc. and NewBiss Property, LP Specifically, Cohen challenges the trial court’s conclusion that the Sandcastle and NewBiss established their status as bona-fide purchasers of certain real property in which Cohen claims an interest.
