¶ 1. Judith R. Wheat and James M. Wheat were divorced on October 10, 2007, on the ground of uncondoned adultery, in the Chancery Court of Jackson County. Also at issue in these divorce proceedings was the distribution of assets to the parties. Chancellor Jaye A.
