On the defendant Weidner’s application to the Industrial Commission for compensation for disability alleged to have been sustained on November 18, 1931, while in the employ of the plaintiff Seaman Body Corporation, the commission on August 10, 1932, ordered the dismissal of the application on the ground that the disability was not the result of a physical injury sustained while in plaintiff’s employ, but that it was the result of a metastatic infection in 1928, following bronchial pneumonia, which was not the result of accident.
