BOEHM, Justice.

Joseph Cary was injured when a tractor driven by his coworker, Donald Knoy, malfunctioned during an after-hours community service project sponsored by his employer, Gemtron Corporation. We hold that the Indiana Worker's Compensation Act covers this injury.
