Farm Bureau Mutual Insurance Compa*373ny1 appeals an order of the District Court2 granting summary judgment in favor of Chicago Insurance Company in this action to determine liability under an insurance policy. Farm Bureau sought contribution from the Chicago Insurance Company toward a settlement arising out of a fatal trucking accident. We affirm.
