Appellant challenges a final judgment for the appellee in his personal injury action. He claims that the court erred when it admitted a physician’s testimony that the surgery performed on appellant was unnecessary. He also argues that the court erred in denying his motion for new trial; because liability was admitted and appellant had suffered at least some injury as a result of the accident giving rise to his claim.
