MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
BECHTLE, District Judge.
Presently before the Court is plaintiffs’ motion for a new trial in a personal injury action, brought in the name of plaintiff Edward Olsen (“Olsen”), an incompetent, by his wife as guardian, and by his wife in her own right, to recover damages from defendant Ford Motor Company (“Ford”) for the injuries Olsen suffered in an automobile accident in 1977. After ten days of trial, the jury returned a verdict in Ford’s favor. After full consideration of plaintiffs’ arguments, the Court has concluded that plaintiff is not entitled to a new trial.…
