Plaintiff Dana Willis appeals the dismissal of his civil complaint alleging injuries resulting from defendants’ fraudulent scheme for grading and pricing rare coins bought and sold by Standard Financial Management Inc. (“Standard”), a corporation formed by Willis and of which he was the major stockholder and chief executive officer. The complaint alleged a violation of the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (“RICO”), 18 U.S.C. § 1961 et seq., and asserted pendent state law claims for interference with advantageous business relations and breach of fiduciary…
