RYAN, District Judge.

Defendant Eastman Kodak moves to transfer two actions — Nos. 48-168 and 48-169, to the United States District Court foi the Western District of New York, pursuant to Section 1404(a), 28 U.S.C.A. The two motions will be considered together in this memorandum.
