OPINION
O’BRIEN, Justice.
This case involves a suit for damages resulting from a motor vehicle accident. The sole issue for determination concerns the efficacy of the fellow servant doctrine in contemporary jurisprudence in this State.
The circumstances giving rise to this action are short and undisputed. At the time of the injury the plaintiff, Queen Ann Glass, was employed as a school bus driver by the defendant, City of Chattanooga.
