—In a negligence action to recover damages for personal injuries, the third-party defendant appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated March 15, 1979, which denied its motion, pursuant to CPLR 1010, to dismiss the third-party complaint or, in the alternative, to sever the third-party action from the main action.
