TALBOT SMITH, District Judge.

This is a statutory action for patent infringement. The plaintiff herein, Poly--mer Processes, Inc., is a Pennsylvania corporation. It has a regular place of; *564business in Reading, Pennsylvania. Defendant, Cadillac Plastic and Chemical Company, Inc., at the time this action ,was instituted was a Michigan corporation having a place of business in Highland Park, in the Eastern District of Michigan.1 The Court has jurisdiction of the parties and of the subject matter.
