Elíseo Tinoco Carrate (Tinoco 1 ) appeals the judgment of the district court 2 denying his motion to suppress the evidence regarding a package containing approximately one kilogram of cocaine that was discovered when state troopers searched the car that Tinoco was driving at the time he was stopped for traffic violations.
