Ethel Ross recovered a $25,000 judgment against the St. Louis Public Service Company, a corporation, for damages arising *850out of a collision between the automobile of plaintiff and a motorbus of the defendant. Plaintiff’s petition charged primary and humanitarian negligence, but plaintiff predicated a verdict only on defendant’s duty to stop or slacken speed under the humanitarian doctrine.
