This is an action in the nature of quia timet, brought by the appellee against the appellants in the district court of Douglas county for the purpose of quieting his title in and to the real property described in the petition.

The plaintiff alleged that he is the owner in fee of said lands, that he acquired the title to the same and took actual possession thereof, and has for about twenty years last past remained in the actual, undisputed, notorious, and adverse possession of said lands, claiming title thereto against all the world.
