delivered the opinion of the court:

On May 21, 1973, Tremayne Banks, a juvenile, pleaded guilty to a charge of robbery and was sentenced to 4 years’ probation by Judge Earl E. Strayhorn. On June 27, 1973, he pleaded guilty to aggravated battery before Judge Frank J. Wilson and was sentenced to 4 years’ probation. The latter was to run concurrently with the sentence imposed by Judge Strayhorn. On October 22,1973, both judges issued warrants for violation of probation and both cases were assigned to Judge Strayhorn for hearing. After judgments of revocation of…
