WALLER, Chief Justice, for the Court:

¶ 1. In 2008, James Newell was convicted of manslaughter for the shooting death *1266of Adrian Boyette at the Slab House bar in Lowndes County, Mississippi. After this Court reversed Newell’s conviction, he was retried and again convicted of manslaughter. The Court of Appeals reversed this conviction, finding that the trial court erred in its admission of certain expert testimony.
