ELLIOTT, Judge.

William H. Adams brought suit against Ross Amusement Company, Inc. He alleged that it was indebted unto him in the sum of $3,549, with interest; that it was a nonresident corporation, and, for the purpose of jurisdiction, prays that a writ of attachment issue under which movable property alleged to belong to it, situated within the jurisdiction of the court, was attached as prayed for.
