LOWELL, District Judge.

This was a voluntary petition filed July S, 1899. On October 27,1897, the bankrupt had filed a voluntary petition in insolvency, upon which proceedings are now pending. It was alleged in the creditors’ motion, found by the referee, and admitted at the argument that among the creditors whose names appeared in the bankrupt’s schedule were one or more creditors residing in the United States outside of Massachusetts.
